Poor Sick Baby

This was her 3rd nap of the day. Poor thing won't nap unless I massage her, and she HAS To have me snuggling her the whole time.

Summer Is Ending...

... and there are still SO many clothes in her closet she hasn't even worn. Here are a few pictures of her modeling an outfit. She won't have a chance to wear all of her summer clothes before it gets cold.

Our Little Climber

Tatum climbs on/in anything and everything possible these days. At any given time she may be found standing on a toy, climbing on her bike, or wedging herself between the ottoman and the couch.

Dress Up Time!

Tatum's New House

On of Mike's very thoughtful co-workers had a box that was the perfect Tatum size. She saved it for Tatum, and Tatum got to "move" into it last night. She keeps dragging her toys in one at a time. Earlier today, she was caught sitting in her chair reading  book- in the box.

I wasted a dollar...

Last time I had a cheeseburger (don't judge), I gave Tatum a bite and she kept wanting to hold it. So, today while I was getting Uncle Lukes lunch, I got Tatum her very own cheeseburger. She did not have a single bite (good girl), she just poked at it.

Tatum has a crush...

...And it isn't just on Daddy.

This Lazy Sunday

Today was perfect. Tatum and I woke up before Daddy, and discovered that he cleaned the downstairs. That is not a typo, and yes, you are seeing things correctly. I didn't even ask him to do it. It was so sweet, and it started my (early) morning off so well. Tatum and I ran to the store to get a good breakfast for him as a thank you. We had cinnamon rolls, pineapple, and juice.
We went outside and Tatum rode her bike, then drew on Daddy with chalk. Eventually we went downtown and had a snowcone. Tatum got to see the carousal spin for the first time (she loved it!), and then we rode it (she liked it). We demolished a funnel cake, saw the ducks, walked across the river, and played on a playground. It was a wonderful day.

Camp Reed

We picked Aunt LIly up from Camp Reed today! I love that little slice of heaven. It was a beautiful day, and it was wonderufl to be out in the woods for an hour or so. Lily had a blast during her week there. Tatum enjoyed playing in the dirt and throwing rocks (then chasing the rock, and throwing it again).
